Reiki Treatment Package
1 Month Development:$555
Meet once a week for three weeks to explore the cumulative energetic practice of in-person Reiki. This package also includes weekly 30-minute check-ins focused on expanding knowledge, developing breathwork techniques, and learning self–myofascial release.

Restorative Strength Training
Mat Based Therapy:$185
In one hour, you will learn to combine deep breath work and restorative movement to strengthen and lengthen your body. Training method is derived from physical therapy, tai chi, and pilates to balance both the physical and energetic bodies.
