1hr Single Treatment:$200

Achieve balance and peace of mind with a combination of breath work and reiki treatment for a more relaxed and grounded day. Complimentary 30 minute check-in via zoom to strengthen your meditative practice and discuss any further questions you may have.

Mobility/ Breath Work Remote Session

45 minute Single Session:$100

Connect with Joe from the comfort of your own home as you learn and practice dynamic breathwork and mobility exercises. These simple yet highly effective tools help regulate stress in both the mind and the physical body.

Reiki Treatment Package

1 Month Development:$600

Meet once a week for three weeks to explore the cumulative energetic practice of in-person Reiki. This package also includes weekly 30-minute check-ins focused on expanding knowledge, developing breathwork techniques, and learning self–myofascial release.

*Tools for self–myofascial release are provided.

Restorative Strength Training/Personal Training

All Training:$200/hr

All training modalities include personalized programs tailored to your individual goals—whether you’re focused on building muscle or improving balance, reducing pain, and managing stress. Packages and discounts are available based on commitment level.
